About the Product
Tea tree oil is renowned for its natural odor eliminating, air purifying and surface cleaning properties. Also known as melaleuca oil, it comes from the leaves of the Australian tea tree.
Azuna gel products use a dual-action process to neutralize odors caused by microbes. Our tea tree oil-based formula works continuously through a combination of evaporative diffusion and natural airflow, discreetly eliminating odors for up to ninety days. Our slow-release formula ensures that Azuna is constantly treating your air.

The dissipation rate for Azuna varies based on room conditions, but in general, every ounce of Azuna covers 100 square feet for up to 90 days.
For example, a 2 ounce Azuna pod will last up to 90 days in a 200 square foot room.
Conditions that may increase the dissipation rate include, but are not limited to:
- Being placed near or directly under a fan
- Heavy cigarette odors
- Heavy pet odors
Each glass jar holds up to 8 ounces of gel, which typically lasts 60-90 days under normal conditions. Some customers prefer to fill the jar halfway (4 ounces) for lighter use and refill it more frequently. This allows flexibility based on your needs and preferences.

As the gel removes microbial-caused odors from the air, it will begin to harden and turn yellow in the pod. Once it hardens, it is still effective for up to 30 days before needing a refill.
To remove the old gel, use a spoon or spatula to scoop it out. Afterward, wipe the jar with a paper towel to prepare it for the new gel. For a more thorough clean, you can wash the glass jar with soap and water. The used gel is plant-based and biodegradable, so you can safely throw it in the trash or wash it down a garbage disposal with water. If the gel has turned yellow, it’s a good time for a refresh.

Azuna products are formulated with simplicity and cleanliness in mind, using plant-based ingredients.
The primary active ingredients in our gels are Tea Tree Oil and Water, making up a significant portion of the formula. Other minor inactive ingredients are included to help the formula blend properly and ensure a controlled release of the tea tree oil over time. These ingredients are safe and commonly found in foods, medicines, and personal care products.
Our gel formula is biodegradable and utilizes a proprietary polymer blend that is eco-friendly. All of our products are vegan and cruelty free!

If your order is in processing or has already shipped, we won’t be able to modify it, but we’d be happy to help with a separate order if needed.
Once an order is placed, it may already be in the process of being fulfilled by our shipping team. If the shipping team has started fulfilling your order, we may not be able to cancel it, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

At Azuna, our system is designed to allow the use of either a single promo code or loyalty points per transaction, but not both. Additionally, subscriptions already include a built-in discount, hence promo codes cannot be applied to these purchases.

We typically ship orders out fairly quickly, but the process may take up to 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping times to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer.
Lost packages
At Azuna, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team from our Contact Us page with your order number and your email address that you used to place this order.
Damaged Packages
Although we package our products with care, sometimes damage can occur during transit. We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition as we had hoped.
To help us resolve this quickly, please use the form on our Contact Us page with the following info:
- A photo of the damaged product(s)
- Your order number
- The best email address to reach you
We will work on resolving this issue as quickly as possible and ensure replacements are sent out promptly.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, it's possible that the package might arrive a day or two later than the tracking suggests. This situation can be confusing but is quite common. We recommend that you also check with your local post office as a precautionary measure.
If you don't receive your package within the next 3 business days after the reported delivery date, please contact us to resolve the issue. We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you.

Safety Information
The Australian tea tree oil in Azuna is 100% natural and environmentally safe.
Unless there is an underlying allergy, tea tree oil is not toxic if it comes into contact with the skin.
As a low concentrate gel, Azuna should not cause any long term issues if ingested orally. However, we do recommend seeking medical attention if this happens.

It is important to handle Azuna properly and be sure that Azuna is never applied topically or ingested by your pets. Pets, like people, are all different and can have varying levels of sensitivities or allergies to different products. If your pet exhibits any sensitivities to the products you should discontinue product usage immediately.
